Our Story

We’re here to give you a judgement-free path to simple living.

Bless Your Nest Home Organization, Cincinnati, Ohio

Hello.

Let’s chat about decluttering and what it means to intentionally create and maintain simplicity in your home, office and life.

No one wants to be disorganized or have clutter slowly accumulate around them. Life just happens, things build up and items get moved to the corner of the room and you’ll “deal with them later”. Countless events can lead to these moments in time where clutter builds up things become disorganized.

We want to be there when those moments pass – when it’s time for you to see what’s next. But you’ll need a plan and a fresh perspective from someone who can look at your goals and craft a way forward – a judgement-free path to living a simple, intentional and decluttered life.

Hi, I’m Jenn, founder & owner of Bless Your Nest.

Organizing comes naturally to me, it’s my form of creativity and it brings me joy and energy. I’m a wife and the mom of 4, and our home is a farmhouse from 1901, so, we’ve had to be creative by maximizing every inch of space. There is no “open concept”, the closets aren’t deep, and we don’t have a basement. But it works for us because we are intentional about how we use the space.
And that’s my goal for every client – to turn their home or office into something that gives them life and helps them solve the puzzle that’s been keeping them from using their space in a way that’s beneficial to their lifestyle and personal goals.
I haven’t always been a professional organizer, I just love to serve others – which is what led me to attend nursing school at the University of Kentucky and earn an RN, BSN. My patients were always my reason for going to work. I worked in home care, various units at the hospital, and eventually cancer research. But I just really loved the people.
After nursing, I opened a small retail boutique so that I could serve my community in a new capacity. But after 10 years in business we were faced with a major decision – rebuild our family business into an online retailer with a small brick-and-mortar presence, or close. We chose to close, as the idea of selling primarily online took away my love of working with our customers face-to-face and building that relationship.
In 2019 Bless Your Nest was born, and we’ve been working with families and organizations to help them live free of clutter and disorganization by getting to know their needs and goals and then crafting a sustainable plan that works for their lifestyle and personality.
So, if you struggle with cluttler, or if the idea of organizing that trouble spot in your house or your life just seems too overwhleming – don’t worry. I get it. And I’d love to help.
